- We offer next-day delivery for all orders placed before 3pm in the UAE. Excludes Sundays.
- We offer free delivery on orders worth 500 AED, placed before 3pm for next-day delivery in the UAE. Excludes Sundays.
- We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 3pm, for an additional 30 AED.
- We offer Cash On Delivery service (COD) at an additional 20 AED.
- We are happy to offer premium packaging for gifting or special occasions at an additional cost of 20 AED.
- You may return this product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and trims intact, in the same condition it was received in.
- Our standard delivery packaging is made of high-quality, sustainable paper packaging, as opposed to plastic, polybag packaging.
- Individual pieces are based in a standard poly-bag after quality control to protect the garment for the best quality upon delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link to track your order.
- We offer shipping across GCC at an additional cost of 35 AED.
