Return Policy
- You may return this product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and trims intact, in the same condition it was received in.
- If you believe your item was delivered in a poor condition or with a defect, you must report this to our customer service team at customercare@beathletica.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- Once your return has been returned and the item has successfully passed inspection, we will confirm receipt of your return via email, informing you of the acceptance of the garment back in it’s original condition, and the release of the refund. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method used.
- We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the colour or size of your order, you must return the original garment following the standard returns process and place a new order for a new item.
