Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

  • You may return this product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and trims intact, in the same condition it was received in.
  • If you believe your item was delivered in a poor condition or with a defect, you must report this to our customer service team at customercare@beathletica.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Once your return has been returned and the item has successfully passed inspection, we will confirm receipt of your return via email, informing you of the acceptance of the garment back in it’s original condition, and the release of the refund. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method used.
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change the colour or size of your order, you must return the original garment following the standard returns process and place a new order for a new item.
  • Be Athletica designs and manufactures garments to meet reasonable standards of quality and durability when used and cared for as intended. We are not responsible for the loss or detachment of trims, embellishments, fastenings, or accessory components resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, alterations, or failure to follow the care instructions provided. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Please note: Items that are returned damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Depending on the case, the order may either be returned to you at a charge or issued as store credit.

Customs Duties, Fees & Refusal 

  1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the recipient's name, delivery address, and other necessary details. Any inaccuracies in this information may result in customs clearance issues and additional charges.
  2. Unpaid Fees: In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fees and duties required to release your order, it may be returned to Be Athletica UK LTD or else destroyed. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees associated with the return.

Refunds and Cancellation

  1. Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to customs issues and is returned to Be Athletica UK LTD we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs and any customs-related fees we may incur.
  2. Compliance: It is your responsibility to comply with the customs laws and regulations of your country. Be Athletica UK LTD is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.
