Tracking & Dispatch

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link to track your order.
  • Kindly note, due to unforeseen circumstances, some orders can be delayed outside of the stipulated timeframes. In this case, our customer service team will contact you to inform you of any delays.

Orders within the UAE

  • All orders placed within the UAE are inclusive of VAT. 
  • We don’t accept cash on delivery as a payment method on our website. For any special cash on delivery requests, kindly get in touch with customercare@beathletica.com 

Orders outside of the UAE

  • All import duties, customs charges, taxes and additional fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UAE. These costs are not in our control and we cannot determine the final amount. 

Packaging & Delivery

  • Our delivery packaging is made of high-quality, paper packaging, as opposed to plastic, polybag packaging. 
  • Individual pieces are based in a standard poly-bag after quality control to protect the garment for the best quality upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer free returns & refunds within 14-days from the date of delivery.
