Shipping and returns
- We offer free next-day delivery for all orders placed before 3pm in the UAE. Excludes Sundays. Order value must be over 50 aed.
- You may return this product within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and trims intact, in the same condition it was received in.
- We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 3pm, for an additional 15 AED.
- We offer Cash On Delivery service (COD) at an additional 20 AED.
- We offer shipping across GCC at an additional cost of 20 AED.
- Our standard delivery packaging is made of high-quality, paper packaging, as opposed to plastic, polybag packaging.
- Individual pieces are based in a standard poly-bag after quality control to protect the garment for the best quality upon delivery.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link to track your order.
