• Do you ship outside the GCC?

At the moment, we only ship orders within the GCC. However, stay tuned for our updates on worldwide shipping!

• What is your delivery policy?

• What size should I order?

We highly recommend referring to our size & fit guide, outlined in each product page under the description. We try to include as much detail and information as possible about the fit of the garment, and offer exact measurements so that you can select the best size for you.

• Do you offer returns & exchanges?

Yes, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are still returned in it’s original condition, with all tags & trims intact. Please refer to our returns & exchange policy here for more information. We currently do not offer exchanges. 

• What payment options do you accept? 

We accept debit & credit card. We offer cash on delivery at an additional cost for orders placed within the UAE.

• Where do you manufacture your products?

We are proud to share that 97% of our product range, including our premium boxes & paper packaging are all manufactured locally in the UAE. Our socks, are responsibly manufactured in Turkey, known for high quality finishes and premium fabric.
