Orders within the UAE
- Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays. For orders placed on Fridays after 3pm or on Saturday or Sunday, your delivery will be dispatched the following Monday.
- Orders take a maximum of 2-4 business days to be delivered. If you have not received your order, get in touch with customercare@beathletica.com.
- All orders placed within the UAE are inclusive of VAT.

International Orders
- All import duties, customs charges, taxes and additional fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer, should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UAE. These costs are not in our control and we cannot determine the final amount.
- Final shipping costs by country are calculated at check-out.
Packaging & Delivery
- Our delivery packaging is made of high-quality, paper packaging, as opposed to plastic, polybag packaging.
- Individual pieces are based in a standard poly-bag after quality control to protect the garment for the best quality upon delivery. Our poly-bags come with a hazard note, Keep away from children and pets.
- Silica gels are included in all of our poly-bag packaging to ensure products are not affected by moisture in transit. Keep away from children and pets.
