This past week, we brought together community, consciousness, and culture across three unforgettable wellness events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. From heart-opening flows to soulful breakfasts and luxurious retreat vibes, each gathering was a reminder of the power of intentional spaces.
Thursday - Matcha Club: Hip & Heart Opening Yoga
We kicked off the weekend with an energizing and expansive yoga session at Matcha Club, set against the club’s signature minimalist, nature-infused backdrop. This wasn’t just a yoga class, it was a journey inward!
Led by skilled instructors, the hip and heart-opening sequence focused on unlocking tension, cultivating emotional release and inviting participants to reconnect with their bodies and breath ☘️
Saturday - African Queen: Yoga & Breakfast by the Sea
Saturday morning brought us to the stunning African Queen, where we curated a morning of mindful movement followed by a nourishing breakfast experience!
Set along the beautiful waters, this session merged flow and flavor - opening with an uplifting yoga practice to awaken the senses, then flowing seamlessly into a wholesome breakfast with ocean views 🌊
We closed the weekend at the luxurious W Abu Dhabi with our RE(treat) wellness event - a full-spectrum experience of restoration and renewal 🧘🏻♀️
Guests were treated to a curated lineup of wellness activities including yoga, HIIT, sound healing, skincare consultation, and spin class and access to W’s stunning wellness facilities. With its sweeping views of Yas Marina, the W set the perfect tone for a day of mindful indulgence and deep connection. Whether participants came to unwind or energize, RE(treat) delivered moments of stillness, movement, and community that linger long after checkout!☘️
