Shipping and returns

Tracking & Dispatch

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link to track your order.
• Kindly note, due to unforeseen circumstances, some orders can be delayed outside of the stipulated timeframes. In this case, our customer service team will contact you to inform you of any delays.

Orders within the UAE

• Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays. For orders placed on Fridays after 3pm or on Saturday or Sunday, your delivery will be dispatched the following Monday. 
• Orders take a maximum of 2-4 business days to be delivered. If you have not received your order, get in touch with customercare@beathletica.com.
• All orders placed within the UAE are inclusive of VAT. 
• We don’t accept cash on delivery as a payment method on our website. For any special cash on delivery requests, kindly get in touch with customercare@beathletica.com 
  

Orders within the US

International Orders

• All import duties, customs charges, taxes and additional fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer, should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UAE. These costs are not in our control and we cannot determine the final amount. 
• Shipping costs by country are calculated at check-out.

Packaging & Delivery

• Our delivery packaging is made of high-quality, paper packaging, as opposed to plastic, polybag packaging. 
• Individual pieces are based in a standard poly-bag after quality control to protect the garment for the best quality upon delivery. Our poly-bags come with a hazard note, Keep away from children and pets.
• Silica gels are included in all of our poly-bag packaging to ensure products are not affected by moisture in transit. Keep away from children and pets.

Returns & Refunds

• We offer free returns & refunds within 14-days from the date of delivery.

• All items purchased on sale are final. We do not accept returns for sale items. Socks & sleep masks are non-returnable and are final sale.

Iron on low if required
