INNOVATION AT THE SOURCE
Factories are often left with leftover fabric from overruns, cancelled orders or excess yardage that can't be reused at scale. Much of it normally goes to waste.
We see the fabric differently. Most Be Athletica pieces are made from this deadstock fabric, which is why our styles are limited and rarely restocked.
Our products are made in 5 partnered factories across the UAE, China, Turkey and India. We are proud to state that our production has been vetted by Wolf & Badger, a B Corp certified retailer, and awarded their Happy Worker badge based on evidence of fair working conditions in our supply chain.
Limited by Design
Our fabric comes with a full history, including yardage, origin, dye and lab dip records, ensuring that nothing rejected or subpar is selected. Because these fabrics exist in fixed quantities, we design within what’s real. Once a fit is ‘out of stock’, it’s truly gone. That’s what makes every Be Athletica piece truly limited edition.
This means:
- No creation of new fabric from a mill creating excess fabric inventory.
- Rare, finite fabrics selected for a design.
- More control over quality, fit, and finish.
- Small production runs - some styles only have 15-20 pieces ever made!
Working this way also gives our production partners the time and space to do things right, not fast. The result is everyday activewear, designed with passion, manufactured to perfection.
